In order to improve upon the quality of its client services, the Municipality welcomes comments and suggestions from people with disabilities and from the public at large. These can take be submitted:

The Chief Administrative Office will follow-up on the comments received and reasonable steps will be taken to address the situation.
EMERGENCY MEASURES AND PLANS, PUBLIC SAFETY
Upon request, information pertaining to emergency measures and plans and to public safety will be made available to people with disabilities in an accessible format, including a paper copy, by email, via the internet, by reading it out load, by printing it in large characters, etc.
The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 is intended to reduce and remove barriers for people with disabilities so that Ontario can become more accessible and inclusive for everyone. As a designated public sector organization, the Municipality must comply with accessibility requirements. For instance, we must have in place an accessibility plan, along with certain policies (client services, return to work program, etc.), and we must provide training to our employees about their rights and obligations in this regard.
